Free shipping to every country

Every TrinityZip order ships free with tracking, wherever you are. There’s no minimum order.

Made for you

We make each hoodie after you order. Production takes 7 to 10 business days. When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. It can take a few days for tracking to show movement after the label is created.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Remote areas and islands can take longer. Altogether, expect your hoodie roughly 3 to 5 weeks after you order.

Customs and import taxes

Some countries charge import taxes or duties on deliveries, and these are paid by the customer. Some countries also need a personal ID or tax number before customs will release a parcel. If yours does, enter it at checkout so your order isn’t held up.

Check your address

Make sure your shipping details are complete and correct at checkout, including your apartment or unit number and phone number. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it before your order ships, but not after.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn’t moved in a while, or your parcel hasn’t arrived, email trinityzipsupport@outlook.com with your order number and we’ll look into it. Our refund policy explains when we reship or refund a lost parcel, and what Shipping Protection adds.
