These terms apply when you visit this website or buy from TrinityZip. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Who we are

This store is run by TrinityZip, based in Ontario, Canada, and hosted on Shopify. You can reach us at trinityzipsupport@outlook.com.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change at any time before you order. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and because each hoodie is made to order, measurements can vary slightly from the size chart.

5. Shipping, returns and add-ons

Shipping times, returns, refunds and our optional 30-Day Warranty and Shipping Protection add-ons are covered in our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful. All content on the site, including the TrinityZip name, logo, designs, photos and text, belongs to TrinityZip and can’t be copied or used without our permission.

7. Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm it’s honest and yours to share, and you allow us to show it on our site and social media.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be excluded.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
